While Impart has always offered these protections, now they are available out of the box as core rules, delivering immediate value to security teams who don’t have time to tune or profile their web applications and firewall rules.
Impart users have the ability to more quickly augment or replace their Web Application Firewall (WAF) with Impart’s API firewall without time-consuming rule tuning or configuration. The WAF Core Rules include all the detections you would expect in a WAF, such as SQLI, XSS, Non-Printable Characters, Unsupported Method Body, No UA, Restricted File Paths, and more.
